With just two weeks to go before the 2013 Formula One season gets underway in Melbourne, the final four-day test took place in Barcelona, with two days of wet weather followed by two days of dry running. This enabled the teams to sample the entire range of 2013 Pirelli tyres and finally provided conditions representative to racing.

Lotus 12 seconds off the pace. Seems that the ban of the exhaust mapping really hit them hard .
Nah, but something that impressed me was the rake of the Mercedes. Look a bit like the Red Bull rake and only those two with that kind of rake. Could be wrong though.
"...and there, very much in flames, is Jacques Laffite's Ligier. That's obviously a turbo blaze, and of course, Laffite will be able to see that conflagration in his mirrors... he is coolly parking the car somewhere safe."Murray Walker, San Marino 1985
Very little track time for Force India today, I noticed from my photos that there was a burnt patch appearing on the bodywork so they have something to spend the night thinking about.
Driving wise it looked like Felipe Massa was really pushing all day, Lewis seemed to be within his limits. Red Bull looked very good in the dry in the final 90 minutes.
Running time:
9am - 1pm and 2pm - 5pm

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.
