Hey! Anyone know what happened to the live timing(https://f1test.info/2013.php)?
The speed of Ayrton Senna.
The mind of Alain Prost.
The dedication of Michael Schumacher.
The determination of Alex Zanardi.

Right... which is the next best option for live timing?
The speed of Ayrton Senna.
The mind of Alain Prost.
The dedication of Michael Schumacher.
The determination of Alex Zanardi.

So Hamilton is already a world champion? Whatever sells.

From "last year's car" that "eats rear tyres" (that's technical for you) and much less downforce than 2012 McLaren to this in two weeks. Quite impressive but what about Button's lap in Jerez?!

It's the worst time to get worked up about who's got the fastest car. We'll learn soon enough, 12 days and no one will even remember it. Maybe after today we'll get at least weight corrected fastest laps, those are always fun and make little sense. Or some race sims run simultaneously like Ferrari/Lotus last season. It would be better than nothing we have now.

Lotus having gearbox problems again... people were saying stuff about Merc reliability after the first two days of the Jerez test... but look at this. It's ridiculous.

I don't really get why that deserves a +1. It's a pile of hyperbolae and straw men.

No one said this – it's a straw man.

Hyperbolae
and much less downforce than 2012 McLaren to this in two weeks.
No one said this either, hamilton hinted that it had less, and that more was coming during testing. Once again, a straw man.
Quite impressive but what about Button's lap in Jerez?!
Button also said the MP4-28 had less downforce than the MP4-27 ;)

This is the only thing that makes sense – indeed, we have a whole week before we get to find out who's really fast.

Unmarked tires seem a lot quicker, I really doubt that they are exactly the same compound as marked ones...

I am looking forward to seeing what Williams do today as they are the team that have the most changed car this test.

Any other teams running major new parts over the weekend?

What makes you think that? Paul Hembery has already said it is an identical compound.

Red Bull certainly did seem to have pretty high deg on softs last test, that doesn't look too healthy really.

Lotus F1 Team ‏@Lotus_F1Team

Though Kimi is fighting fit, the E21 has a little gearbox sniffle. Kimi's having a quick nap as we apply Vix vapour rub to the box

Did i get into som personal disspute? Was he commenting on anyones post(yours)? I just agreed on the general point(I guess) that he was making, that somehow even though we all know nothing can be read into Hamilton's one lap on the super soft tyres, it still affects some off us(some are more easily affected than others).
