Hello. I'm translating motorsports article (JP to EN). I need help from someone who has good knowledge of motorsports and high English proficiency.

Dallara manufactures the majority of F3 chassis.
In order to reduce cost for competitors, full model change is done once in every 3 years.
Material is *carbon fibre which is stuck in between aluminum and honeycomb structure which is made of very strong synthetic fiber called polyamide fibre.
It provides great safety.

* Is this about Carbon-fiber-reinforced polymer? I'm completely lost with the sentence... I don't know how to translate it into good english.
