Hamilton didn't really have the ideal preparation to qualifying with the car problems he's had.
I think the tire issue happened at the end of FP3, so didn't cost him time.

Ferrari doesn't like the mediums very much huh.
Alonso's Q3 lap is just a little better than his Q1 time.
And Massa made his best lap in Q with hards.

Vettel saving his primes as usual.
Great job by Nico, let's see how fast the Merc is on race conditions this time.

He actually will start on the set of Option he used to set his P3 time in Q3.

If you disregard the fact his car was still being put together while q1 was under way, then yes.

Which according to Ted Kravitz are the same tires he used in Q2.

Webber only has 3 place penalty.
Webber starts ahead of Raikkonen. Otherwise all good.

So top-10 looks like this:
1. Rosberg
2. Vettel
3. Alonso
4. Massa
5. Di Resta
6. Sutil
7. Webber
8. Raikkonen
9. Hamilton
10. Button

And Gutierrez moved to 22nd because 5 place grid penalty

Well, there's a good chance that tomorrow they do not have to pit in the same lap. As the two are on different tyres Alonso will come in first and then some laps later Massa will pit. Hope this helps both drivers to get the best out of their tyres and Massa won't get stuck in traffic as seen in the last race after the first stop.
Dear FIA, if you read this, please pm me for a redesign of the Technical Regulations to avoid finger nose shapes for 2016! :-)

Massive advantage for people starting on the clean side of the grid though, I expect vettel to be at least 3rd by the first corner, Hamilton up a place as well and maybe even Massa losing out. Webber will get a crap start as usual and end up somewhere horrible.

I don't see it. Clean/dirty side has never been a major issue in Bahrain. Mind you - Webber will probably start --- again, Massa will get a bad start because he's on the primes, and Alonso probably will still outstart Vettel into T1 through the Ferrari start system in and of itself. Whether or not he takes the place remains to be seen IMO - I don't think Alonso has a big enough advantage to *fully* pass Vettel into T1 - they might still have to battle for the place under braking, and all the way up into T4.

I don't think so, he gets good starts when he is considered no threat to Vettel. I wonder why
