Could? Why the doubt, good sir?
I want to wait until I actually watch a race on that track before I make a full judgment on it. It looks good with the tight corners, barriers and a backdrop very similar to Monaco but I want to wait and see.
Agree, that track looks great, similar to Monaco but very fast and overtaking will be posible, so it can be great but we have to wait.

About this track, meh it looks very simple and predictable, but who knows. Monza looks simple and I always enjoy the italian race, we need to see in detail how the corners are and if it is posible to overtake.

I've never really understood the obsession with overtaking.

IMHO its not overtaking in and of itself but, people don't like it when a car needs a 2.5 second or more per lap advantage to have the possibility to get by. For example, in Melbourne 2010 Hamilton made an extra stop then chased Alonso down by 2 seconds per lap only to hit a wall 1 second behind Alonso and never even had a chance to attempt a pass , much less complete a pass. Now, I might be the biggest Ferrari fan at F1T, but its not right that Hamilton never really even had the possibility to pass Alonso, when he was 2 seconds a lap quicker.

Started about 10-15 years ago when overtaking really was impossible. Was due to the loss of front downforce when following another car. All the overtakes were done in the pits using strategy. Really really boring stuff.

So since then there has been a solid constant attempt to take the racing out of the pits and put it on the track.

Without any opinion on whether the current racing is good or not... that is the reason why there was the push for more overtaking.

So you dont understand what F1 is.

Overtaking is an essential part, I dont want too easy overtakes but as other guy has mentioned it is annoying when a car needs to be more than 1 or 2 seconds faster to have a real chance of overtaking.

We need a correct balance between the absolute lack of overtakes of the 90s and a race mostily manipulated by the DRS and things like that.
