Looks so, new turning vanes on sidepods and also a new small 'flow conditiones' in front of mirror. Was expecting improvement in this area since long ago, as it has been basically the same for almost a whole year (even on F2012 they had to revert the changes they made in 2nd half of season)

That things reminds me of the flexi front wings of the late 2000s.

Looks thin enough to move under load.

I was thinking the same thing. Reminded me of the McClaren front wing that had the top "bridge" that would flex downward at high speeds. I'm can't think of the effect it would have in this position though.

Not 100% sure but is looks like its on Nando's car but not on Felipe's. Felipe often gets the new bits first.
