The test wasn't even secret - whilst all the other teams were packing up after the GP Mercedes were instead preparing for the test. It would have been obvious. Why didn't the teams protest back then when they were all driving off into the sunset and Mercedes hadn't even started packing up!?

It's illegal to test more then 100 km, yes 100 km on speed straight with 2013 car! FORBIDDEN! If you didnt read right, i can spell it for you F-O-R-B-I-D-D-E-N! Get that in you're head, you cant test only with your 2 years old car. Instead Mercedes used 2013 car and gained 6 free practices at least, or distant of 3 races.
