Incorrect: The exhaust is directed to the brake ducts.
Note – he explicitly states that "The twisted horizontal vane is to stop the exhaust gas twirling underneath the floor. This picks it up and turns it away from where the floor is trying to suck it.
No… As we've established, they explicitly want the gases to go beneath the floor, because that's where they can enlarge the diffuser.
