Man!! That rear wing is slim for a circuit like Silverstone (looks bit more like SPA). Also what are the upgrade packages I can't seem to spot any  ? Both drivers were on gas much before the rest at becketts in FP2 also I think they have stiffened the front suspension than last year , the car is moving too much on the bumps in turn 1 .

The Rebull always had significantly more ground effect downforce vs the other cars, hence their rear wings tend to be less aggressive than the competition.

Those vortex generators on the front wing are a new thing... I've never seen those implemented before.

Been there since Canada. Just like the slots on the diffusor central strakes.

Swan neck mount for the beam wing to improve the flow beneath it.

I don't get why the ceramic coating on the exhausts is always on the outside. Wouldn't it be more beneficial to have the coating on the inside of the piping? Or is that just much harder to achieve?

Harder to apply for one, and the pipe doesn't need protection, just the stuff around it, so it isn't worth the trouble.

If the coating was applied to the inside of the pipe the wall thickness of the pipe could perhaps be thinner?

They're not vortex generators - they're there to pick up tyre debris and prevent it from catching on the flap separators. By catching/deflecting the rubber early, they reduce the damage caused to the airflow through the slot gaps. Result is a better performing wing during the race.

VGs need some form of lateral flow to create vortices. These little triangles look like VG but aren't subjected to lateral flow so won't create vortices. They will, however, deflect rubber chunks. If the chunks catch on the slot gap separators seen further downstream, they would build up to block to slot gaps. The result would be portions of stalled front wing.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Much harder to prep the inside surface and the coating doesn't last as well.
