Does neutral in a F1 car mean that it kinda brakes? because else shouldn't a gear be better than neutral if you want to have it stay in place?

By definition the car needs to be free to move so that the marshalls can push it out of the way. A fire marshall was at the car before it rolled away, that guy should have stopped the car from rolling away rather than just leaving it.

Cars should be left in a gear, when left on track, the marshals have the N Button to put the car on neutral... So Marshalls fault...
