I think he´s just pointing at the look on Vettel´s face when he for the third time straight has narrowed out Vettel
It has to eat away at Vettel when it´s been that close.

It actually has to eat away everyone else and hamilton in particular or they wouldn't bother copying him.

No, he is not copying Vettel's style. I was watching live feed and when they came for posing for photograph, Webber just stayed there for 2 secs max and left immediately. Hamilton was pointing out Webber's behavior to Vettel in a funny way. Maybe Webber was angry that he could not beat Vettel.

I seen it live as well, and I can't be sure that what Hamilton was doing

Having re watched the coverage, it looks like Lewis is pointing at Webber to acknowledge Sebastian that Mark seems to be in a huff,(after he posed for less than 3 seconds for the photo) in which they both have a little giggle.

I thought the premise was familiar, it's not even stereotypes it's more like amplified and twisted mindsets of certain minority of people, who might even not exists, with some random, absurd associations added, for fun.
