The locking pins on the wheel hub appear to be much more pronounced. Is that the result of the revised security rules?

They did that as a reaction to Webbers Pit Stop Accident.

If my memory doesn't play tricks on me, the double-locking system for the wheels will be implemented by all teams starting Singapore.

RB9 in Monza FP1 looks almost like... RB9 in Spa FP1 (except minor changes). No any visible special triks? :|

I think only SV ran the "new" wing. MW ran the one used in FP1.
=> Could this change cause an advantage of 0.6 sec?
