Winning is the most important. Everything is consequence of that. Being second is to be the first of the ones who lose.-Ayrton Senna

Any current pics of him? If he was racing Nascar he'll also have to consideribly change his driving style...no more exchanging paint.

He should have done Indycar after F1 instead of Nascar, its amazing that he has been in Nascar this long without doing anything... Has he even made The Chase once ?

Yes he has. And had rather horrid luck in it. Montoya went out there to do a sport completely different to what he had ever done and performed well on many occasions.

Why talk with such a lack of respect?

His is kind of short (5' 6") compared to an average f1 driver which makes him look lumpy

The average height is around 5 feet 9 inches. Fernando Alonso is 5 feet, 7.3 inches tall. Lewis Hamilton is 5 feet 8.5 inches. Michael Schumacher is 5 feet 8.5 inches. His brother Ralf is 5' 10". Drivers who are over 6' are rare. David Coulthard and Jenson Button are both 6'0" tall. The tallest F1 drivers in 2007 were Mark Webber and Alexander Wurz, who are both 6'1".

For the most part is it seems Ganassi equipment in cup has always lacked that little something to get them over the hump. It isn't much but with things as close as they are I think it was enough. Juan had himself in position to win a few times and things just didn't go his way. Sometimes his own doing but other times not.

That series is a shell of what it used to be. The lack of short tracks and the addition of all the "cookie cutter" tracks has ruined it. Who wants to watch a strung out pack of 43 cars running in a line around a 1.5 mile oval for 500 miles. Bring back North Wilkesboro, Rockingham (not technically a short track but still) and if you want to build more tracks build them like Bristol or Marintsville. I miss Riverside too. Great track. If I had my way cup cars would be on at least 5 road courses a year. Keep the Glen, use the old Infineon, Mosport, Road Atlanta, VIR or Mid Ohio.

Why I haven't watched more than half a cup race this year and have managed to catch every F1 race. Probably going to miss Singapore though. Sorry for the rant, carry on lol.

Edit - I would also like to add to my rant I love the V8 Supercars. Now that is a series worth watching! =D>

If JPM had got the message and taken his stint with McLaren serious he'd be multiple WDC by now, but he never did.

One of the first F1 races I ever watched, JPM was chasing Schu in the last 10 laps and was gaining on him, and the team came over the radio and said 'use the boost!'. Unfamiliar with F1 at that time, they explained that the 'boost' was a raise in the rev limiter. JPM kept gaining on Schu until he had him in sight and then his engine blew up. :x JPM was my first favorite driver.
