Very interesting . Williams have switched from flowing the wheel nut the blowing through the wheel rim to try and control airflow around the front tyre. Lets see if this helps

So they are more visible and don't get run over by forklifts or trucks during unpacking & installing garages and packing up after the race.

Looks like a lambda sensor (for measuring air fuel ratio) and thermocouple (for measuring temperature).

They are most probably temperature sensor (definately not EGR :lol: ); but don't know why there are 2 of them.

Temp sensor and probably O2 sensor which can help determine Air/fuel ratio

one is an egt (exhaust gas temperature) sensor.

the next is a wideband o2 to ensure that the a/f ratio of the engine is correlating with optimal running
