The upper one minus the "angels-wings" might be not too far from what one would expect with the 2014 regulations.
I haven't seen any regulation for the thickness of the nose behind the minimum area defnition 50mm from the forward end of the crash structure.
As the main task for 2014 will be getting as much air flow to the diffuser I expect to see noses that allow as much airflow to the sides and under the nose as possible.
Back in 2009 they had DDD + Beam Wing thereby not so much trouble getting DF at the rear. Thus they could use wide noses which create DF at the front yet don't feed too much air into the tray/underbody area, thereby hampering somewhat the whole underbody aerodynamics including the diffuser.
With next year's regs this doesn't look like an attractive option.
So, my bet is on smallish noses somewhat similar to that Honda or the McLaren Mp4/22 possibly even steeper at the front to get more free space underneath the chassis.
