Of course it is a huge task to guide and organise such a big group of specialists who all surely are strong individuals.
In an environment where your skills and dedication is fully apreciated and every weekend you can see the results of all your effort I see no cause for getting complacent ,as all involved know that the others are right at their heels, and winning is what makes it all worthwhile.Anybody who is involved in Racing with success and not just for the hell of it will underline this.

hi y'all

seems like Scuderiaferrari's pace in development in perfecting a formidable machine is simply not letting up. Just have a look at the latest little tweaks in their design. Can anyone make any sense of their latest barge board design (seen here in Bahrain)? There now seems to be an extension of the bargeboards, forming what seems to be a horizontal 'shrowd' above the forward element of the lower wishbone.

The keel seems to have a new shape - don't know if Ferrari employed a ride height sensor in this pic though. Also looks like the heat sensors have been relocated from the flick-ups to the chassis floor, just infront of the rear tyres.

It must be the tires... he probably ran softer compounds than trulli, for a shorter stint. If Trulli didn't pit and Michael took his place instead... it might be a different story.
Bring back wider rear wings, V10s, and tobacco advertisements

well right now i am inclined to think alike this:

------------------------------------------------
Was pitstop fumble 'a conspiracy'?
What did happen to Rubes Barrichello?

F1 conspiracy theorists believe Ferrari deliberately ruined Rubens Barrichello's Barcelona pitstop by 'accidentally' misplacing his new tyres.

They say it helped Michael Schumacher win what was his 200th Grand Prix.

When the scarlet team misplaced Eddie Irvine's Bridgestone tyres at the Nurburgring in 1999 a new system made it 'impossible' for it to happen again.

Meanwhile, Michael Schumacher has walked away with a 'Sportsman of the Year' award.
