So Max Mosley wants more teams in Formula 1.....why not create a Privateer Championship?

The basics of this championship:

- Removing the entry fee from the F1 Championship;
- Limiting the budget to around 50 million dollares;
- Limiting teams to 100 people;
- Cars from the previous year are bought from the constructors teams;
- Engines are from the previous year and are bought to the constructors;
- Every 5 years the team that had the most success in the previous 5 years is ofered the chance to compete in the constructores championship - with the same regulations as the constructors championship (shich would be the same as the actual regs);
- Development of the cars if permited.
- Races of the privateer and constructors champs would be held toghether and all cars would be on trake at the same time.

- Testing is limited to 20 days per team with 1 car or 10 days with both, during the season. Pre-season tests are limited to 15 day with 2 cars.

Well....just sent an e-mail to FIA, Autosport, F1 Racing, F1 Magazine and Racecar Engineering....lets see what they all think of my idea. I'll post back the answers I get.
