Then it must be non-structural, as you simply can't mount the wings on the suspension. It's banned very explicitely.

No, it's different.
3D Model is top down, the photos are at 45 degrees. If there is any difference it's being exaggerated.

From some angles that front is reminiscent of a Bugatti. Perhaps unfortunate as I suppose they would think of Bugatti as a competitor?
