indeed no crash. probably precautionary stop after some data warnings to prevent damage.

Well that's a setback to say the least.

it was a filming day on non race tyres
do you think that they use street legal tyres ?

of course those 40 laps were not meant to seek absolute performance
but you can find in advance little set up- assembly-leakage-mechanical problems that inevitably other teams woudl find today.
I don't think that this would be a big mess for the others...there are 4 full days of testing after all...simply this first day they will do less laps than merc for sure...

Looks like the front wing fell off - maybe those tiny pillars are too small.

Probably lost front wing on main straight and ended in the barriers

yes front wing clearly already was off. perhaps it's an idea to implement a rule to use cords like they do with the wheels to prevent the wing slipping under the wheels?

Hamilton crashing Merc´s in Jerez is almost a tradition by this point :)

Looks like a Alonso (Malaysia 2013) type of crash, Rosberg had a FW failure in South-Korea apparently haven't fix the issue....

I will say this again, this is amateurish by the teams, they should have done all these kinds of systems checks ON THE FACTORIES.
