Now the talk of him going to Mclaren can end and he can enjoy a well earned retirement after many years in the sport working for several teams that include the likes of: Jaguar, Benetton, Ferrari, BRAWN GP and Mercedes AMG F1.
A softly spoken gentleman who will be missed by many people around the world.
A Grand finish for Ross Brawn, all the best in your future!
Nothing new here, he is retiring, or so he says, for a year of gardening, I mean fishing leave
Same old story. Retirement means never coming back to work and he implicitly says that after the year he will see what life brings - I'm betting it is a contract at Macca, or indeed control of Ferrari (I can see Domenicali leaving if this year is unsuccessful).
It wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if he already had a gentlemans agreement to enter into a contract with Macca when he has had his years sabbatical. You think Ron Dennis meets up to discuss golf handicaps, I doubt it.
Ferrari of Macca, wait and see
