Edit:
Top speed is dictated by the point where total engine power = total drag (if a very long straight allows to reach that speed).
Power is more or less independent from speed, while drag increases with the square or the cube of speed, depending of which drag component you look at.
So in top speed terms, a 2-3% reduction in drag (which gets squared or cubed) is equivalent to a 10% increase in power.
And from there on all my calculations went wrong. Removed.
Apparently I am too sloppy or something to correctly follow formulas anymore or to do decent result sanity checks.
