The Mercedes finally gets out on track. 20mins before the lunch break.

Also just read on Autosport, the Red Bull is in the garage , engine cover off but no one working on the car.

If you say that that is normal during the testing time, that 90% of your running days you report a technical problem, or that you saw this situation on a Mercedes car in the last year's winter testing, or in actuality if that is similar with other team's problems (except the Renault powered cars), than I can say that you can continue to ignore the reality :(
That's a bit one-sided, problems differ; it depends if they are solved later, repeatable, small or big. For example FW didn't fall apart later, did it? Just about everyone had problems too, mostly bigger but I see your point - reliability is binary - 100% or nothing, first lap or last, small or a big problems.
[With the exception of Vettel/RB last season when they were overcoming fake problems every second race (oh the suspense: Webber had "the same" problem, what will happen?!) and somehow every time survived ;-)]

They should add one hour to free practice this season. Repairs take too long, one small probblem and you're done for a weekend.

They're very unlikely to run again today. More likely to just prepare for running on Monday for their filming day.

If you say this year winter testing is comparable with past years winter testing and you continue ignoring these are new cars that need to be tested and need to find the weak points, then I can say that you can continue to ignore the reality :P

That list means nothing by itself. How do you know those parts break before they were expected to break? How do you know they didn´t have 120% of their expected lifespam?

You know they´ve break, but you don´t know if the team was pushing the limits to see what was the first part breaking, or how many mileage had done those parts that broke

If Ferrari are working on low drag configurations for other circuits, I think they´re fine.
