how can they get the shape they need for a chassis??

Post

hi everybody!
I was curious about how they make chassis for f1 cars and went on looking into. I realized they have to heat the polymers up to 2500ºC before having it ready for building. but then they make this patterns and molds to put the carbonfibre on the aluminum honeycomb in.
could anybody give me a clue about how they do that? I mean, what are those molds made of? how can they give the carbon fibre the shape they need??

thanks.
