McLaren MP4-29 Mercedes

The top photo looks like one of those bomb disposal spider bots partly assembled.

I think the rear suspension will be acting more like an air dam in that regards, so most of the hot air will flow over it, under the rear wing. The exists are quite high compared to the suspension as well (if the intention was to blow them). Not everything is about blowing ;-)

Most interesting cooling layout so far. It is so interesting how it ties back into those high air exits which ties into the mushroom suspension. Things are so interdependent in F1 its amazing.

I may be wrong, but I believe that the colour scheme has to remain consistent throughout the year. Advertisers names may change but the overall colour has to remain. RBR had to get special permission for their "wings for life" photo scheme a couple of years back

They are able to funnel massive amounts air under the sidepods. That also explains somewhat larger cooling inlets compared to other teams.

My English is not exceptional, so sometimes I simplify my words because it would take me too long to find right ones. Also, I am not in aerodynamics very much, so thanks for clearing that up:)

Maybe it's just me and the angle but the front of the vanity panel/nose looks taller/narrower/more squared than before.

hmm doesn't look as good as the Launch Nose judging from these 2 Pictures but it clearly gets more Air under the Tub.
