Is that new, with bigger exits both central and outer?

I don't think so.
Looking at the RB10's engine cover when on car, there is a separate bodywork section that sits after the engine cover.

How does this work?

From the post immediately above where there are more pictures of it.
I had assumed the air scoop would lead the cold air down to the hub edge of the carbon brake disk & that air would then be centrifuged through the radial holes in the disk & be led outwards into the inside of the wheel. There hot air ex the brakes is used to heat the wheel rim, tire & the nitrogen inside the tire.
But this seems to be feeding cool air to the outside of the brake disk. So how does it function?
Looking at it again - are there two air inlets? Is the duct to the outside of the disk fed by a separate air inlet just alongside (to left in picture) of the big air inlet scoop?

After posting this I came across this picture in the Williams thread. There is probably another piece of ducting yet to be fitted to lead that air onto the caliper.

Yes it is. They run almost flat coolers like McLaren the past 2 years and have room under the intercooler to put the exhausts.

Look at the details (yellow circles). The green part is even more interesting. I think it allows the upper 3 elements on the outer side of the wing to flex downwards on high speeds and it comes up again on low speed. Per default the outer part is set up a bit higher (adjustable by the 2 screws i suppose) to support low speed front downforce. Nice stuff!
