Most likely they will be filling in for team who will quit next year. Perhaps this will be Caterham last year if they loss the 10th place to Marussia.

For these new team, I would expect they will run Honda engine since Merc is too sort after, and Renault engine are expensive.

Given that article reckons Kolles is running Stefan GP, and just for it being the Daily Mail in general, anything they've embellished on what Bernie said yesterday is likely nonsense.

According to Jean Todt, the budget cap is about to be scrapped (because top6 teams and Bernie are against it). I wonder if this will affect the enthusiasm of any newcomers?
