the wheelhub can't rotate. It would be deemed as movable aero decide.

If you check the wheelhub it is not all a hole, they did kind of pipe pointing outwards and it only covers half of the whole, so the hole exit rotates with the wheel, it points up when that half area is on top and it points down when that half area is pointing down.
