:wtf: the wheelhub can't rotate. It would be deemed as movable aero decide.
If you check the wheelhub it is not all a hole, they did kind of pipe pointing outwards and it only covers half of the whole, so the hole exit rotates with the wheel, it points up when that half area is on top and it points down when that half area is pointing down.

Hope I have explained myself clear

PhillipM and Owen.C93 you might be right actually after a second look. Still the wheelhub I think makes that illusion I was describing, interfiring with the vortex

if you follow your own logic through (the nut in the bottom pic being fed air from the same source as the top one - brake intake duct), then where is the light blue line of the brake duct flow in the upper picture?

Oh dear...
Well, for once, what would be the force acting on the stream of air to change its direction on the "before" variant?

I think he's completely missed the point of the blown duct to be honest #-o

eslam, it doesn't do anything like your picture, think about where the air was going before through the brake ducts compared to now.

My video of how it could be the nose Ferrari developed on the basis of the old and that seen on the Mercedes W05

no please no I dont want to see that lawn mower! Ferrari and Mercedes have different aerodynamic demands so I dont think your concept-car will be similar to the real one

Seeing how Ferrari's nose relies on air around the nose cone a narrower nose might be a possibility.

It's pretty much as short as it can physically be already IMO

They have about the same length to shorten than Merc did. A little less, but still a good chunk to cut away.

Spanish press reporting that the increase on speed on the straights is because of a new rear wing introduced on china.
And for spain the nose will be shorter and higher and some changes on the engine to improve the electric side.

Here is the link, sorry I can't get the google translate link as I am spanish, but if you open with google chrome will do automatically
