Last time in testing we saw McLaren used black coloured wings....
could some one explain to me what is the black lining on the upper rear wing that they used in Imola?

It's called a Gurney flap it's used to attach the air flow to the the under part of the wing, creating more downforce. Due to high speeds and steep angles on the wing the airflow tends to detach (more or less a stall) and the gurney flap is used to reatach it.
normally using a Gurney is not the hot ticket as you add considerable drag by using gurneys.
Unfortunatelly ,hey are not allowed to use a second or third flap (with wing profile)on the rear Wing nowadays ,so they have to run the wings in much higher angle off attack ,and to keep the flow attached you use the gurney.(normaly you would use a gurney more as a trimming device when time is ticking and you need a quick fix,or you have run out of other possibilities to create downforce)
This wing is a Canada spec wing, thats why there are curves is compramises between drag and downforce, the wing produces little downforce but as there are thise curves less grag is create than a conventional low downforce rear wing
