And on that bombshell...
Haha, I would +1 you if I could.

My prediction for this race:

Qual:
1. HAM
2. RIC
3. ROS

Race:
1. HAM
2. ROS
3. ALO
+2. I'd turn on voting for a moment, but it takes too many menu's to go through :P.

Qual:
1. ROS
2. HAM
3. RIC

Race:
1. ROS
2. HAM
3. RIC/ALO

I think Rosberg will have used the time to recollect himself to strike back this race. It can't go one direction all the time; it'll have to go to Rosberg some day, so why not now. Position 3 I'm not very sure. RIC has the pace for qualifying and race, ALO has his rocket starts and it's his homerace. If he ever made the car 6 tenths faster, it'll be here.

It always gets back on its feat, tifoso. It'll always get back there :P.

Also, seems Pirelli became the head sponsor of the grand prix:
Pirelli, title sponsor of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA PIRELLI 2014
This initiative underlines the tyre manufacturer's commitment to Formula 1®, sponsoring one of the largest sports events in our country.

The tyre brand Pirelli will be the title sponsor of the FORMULA 1 GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA PIRELLI 2014, to be held on 9, 10 and 11 May at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya.

This initiative underlines the commitment of the Italian tyre manufacturer with Formula 1®, under the current contract as single supplier that runs until 2016. Through this sponsorship, Pirelli is staking on one of the sports events with the largest impact in our country that gathered more than 200,000 spectators on the four Grand-Prix-days at Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya in 2013.

I'm not so sure, I think Ham is going to try and hide his true pace the rest of the season. My gut also tells me that regardless of what all the pundits say, this new formula suits the seat of their pants drivers better than the technical button flipping drivers.

I think that's one of the interesting things now that we see fuel levels. It's clear that when Hamilton is clear off Rosberg (Malaysia and China) he goes into fuel (or probably engine) saving. Thinking about the length of the season is good thinking.

Rosberg will analyse Lewis Hamilton's data of China with his engineers. Lewis knows this and will try to find new techniques and hide as much as he can. It will be a very interesting battle.

He already did the hiding, turning the engine down, saving lots of fuel, so that if Nico matches the performance Lewis did there, Lewis will just turn the wick up, Nico needs to be aiming for that moving target, as Lewis has more than a bit of pace in hand.

If someone said to me that you can have three wishes, my first would have been to get into racing, my second to be in Formula 1, my third to drive for Ferrari.

A littile history lesson, no driver has won the wdc without winning anyone of the first 4 races.
No one has ever succeeded in doing that in the entire history of the sport
