Also, I think the rear extremity of the cooling outlets are far enough back to allow the rear wing/diffusor/exhaust assembly to help suck all that crappy air harmlessly away.SiLo wrote:I think the same thing, they just want to exit this slower, messy air in a place where it will have minimal effect on downforce producing areas. Around the suspension is clearly the best place to do this, especially this year with the beam wing gone. Keep it high enough to have minimal effect on the diffuser, and low enough to not interfere with the underside of the rear wing.
