Very very poor strategy from Williams. Once mercedes went for the undercut their best bet was surely to stay out and hope the Mercs get caught in traffic.

Either that or bring them in straight away instead of waiting a couple of laps. Personally I would've split them and brought Massa in straight away and left Bottas out.
