Call me crazy, but I think Hamilton and Alonso for 2016...

Only kidding...though I wouldn't rule out either of those 2 returning to McLaren. How long is Ricciardo's contract with RBR? He looks to be doing pretty well...other than that, who is there really?
There aren't many top drivers available for next year:

Vettel - contracted to RBR until end of 2015
Ricciardo - contracted to RBR until end of 2015
Hamilton- contracted to Mercedes until end of 2015
Rosberg - contracted to Mercedes until end of 2016
Alonso - contracted to Ferrari until end of 2016
Raikkonen - contracted to Ferrari until end of 2015
Massa- contracted to Williams until end of 2016

I can't find details on Bottas's availability. Perez has already been dropped and they've discounted Hulkenberg. JEV hasn't shone against KVyat who does not have the experience. Sutil's ship has sailed & I doubt Estaban is even on their radar. That leaves Grosjean, Maldonado, Kobyashi, Bianchi, Chilton & Ericsson or recruit from GP2 - which jars against their experience requirement.

Or they could stick with Button & Magnussen for 2015. :)
Forza Jules

Button looks certain for 2015. All the top drivers will want to play a wait and watch game.. If the engine is class leading it would be something that will sway the Drivers.

Secondly and more importantly, the likes of Hamilton, Alonso, and Vettel would also look at what changes Peter Prodromou brings to the design department and if the current changes made by Eric and Ron are taking effect. By 2015 / 2016 there will be convergence in terms of power of the Engine/ERS combo. So the weight of the battle will again change to aerodynamics.

Next year will be a development year for McLaren/Honda combo wherein they will also have to get rid of the teething problems.

No top driver will risk a move to team in Flux. Especially when the said team is changing almost every aspect of its working. (Namely, aero, engine, race ops etc.).

Honda told RD to get the best drivers,no matter the cost.

Most likely for the 2016 season.

Use Button and Mag in 2015 because it will be a development year and a good driver becomes a crying baby when there is teething problems.Just look at Red Bull and Vettel!

I don't think that Honda will waste money on drivers. Ron Dennis closed the doors in their face when Honda wanted to buy into Mclaren. So Honda will don't have any shares at Mclaren, why on earth to spend so much money beyound investing in a good engine and a free price engine for Mclaren. I think that all this Honda wasting money is just a rumour if they won't have any shares in the team. I can't believe they will pump money in Mclaren without any share, just to be a succesful Mclaren-Honda team. I can't believe it.

Plus, their engine programme is not going so great on the performance level, and are concerns even on reliability. They won't have any rela feed back until november about a 2014 tested engine. They stated clear they won't test, only dyno test.
As a Mclaren fan I'm aware of another at least 2 difficult years ahead of us, becuase Hnda won't invest in Mclaren if they don't have any shares, and Ron excluded this posibillity, and they have to invest serious resources to be at least on par with engine makers that have 3-4 teams testing in 2014, and whose feed back will be directly feeded into the engine programe for 2015 season.

All these facts out of rumors.

It was funny this rumors now about how behind the Honda PU is and last year the rumors was they could race their PU in 2014 but didn't have a team.(were did these rumors come from because if you knew the Japanese..they do not talk-dis-honor)

Do you know that Honda has the father of the 2014 engine rules(Gilles Simon) and his team working for them.

Do you know that Honda is pretty much funding most of Mclaren F1 at the moment and is the money behind all the new hiring.

I would love to tbe true what you say.
But on which reason Honda will invest in drivers, facilities, engineers, budget, if Ron Dennid denyed them the opportunty to become Mclaren shareholders. Why they would invest in someone's house? It's not their house.
Wouldn't be this a waste of money for Honda, to spend money and have nothing in Mclaren?

Because Mclaren is Honda's only chance of winning championships in F1. And it's already known since last year that Honda are giving lots of money towards McLaren.

With 2014 season being clearly decided, various speculations about Mclaren's drivers are swirling around today. Most of serious of all are, I'm told, Vettel and Alonso to replace Button.

Magnussen out, Alonso in?
...
McLaren reportedly interested in Sebastian Vettel
...
World Championship leader Nico Rosberg has his Mercedes contract recently extended until the end of 2016. Although this is not officially confirmed, but from radio traded paddock as an open secret. Team mate Lewis Hamilton is set to the end of 2015. Red Bull Vettel's contract is reportedly the end of 2015, while Daniel Ricciardo could theoretically be terminated at any time - but given its strong performance is not up for discussion.
...
Kimi Raikkonen will sit the paper by the end of 2015 in a Ferrari, Fernando Alonso even by the end of 2016 only at McLaren run out the contracts of former world champion Jenson Button and Kevin Magnussen -., And McLaren is also currently the only team in which there are serious are activities in the transfer market. Because in a desperate attempt to make the former success team capable of winning again, Ron Dennis brings out the big coup.
...
According to information from 'Motor-Total.com' to be committed together with the new drive manufacturers Honda, McLaren for improvement provides a high amount of money available, an absolute top riders. Even Sebastian Vettel and Fernando Alonso have been contacted. But while Vettel holds interest despite Red Bull crisis within limits, a return of Alonso to Woking no longer seems impossible.
...
McLaren consensus is that Button should be held absolutely. Boulliers wish pairing is therefore Alonso / Button: The Spaniard would carry away the 34-year-olds in the late autumn of his career once again to maximum performance but this would probably not dangerous enough to threaten seriously Alonso - a brave number 2 also. And Button is regarded as apolitical, which can only be beneficial for any employer of Alonso

Mclaren encouraged by the Austrian Gp.

1. The upgrade package was a step in the right direction.
2. The package improved both one lap performance and the race pace.
3. What is more important the correlation is good, because everything they put on the car gave the expected results. Eric Boullier: "And the most important thing for us is the correlation. Everything we have brought was correlating properly with everything, all the tools we have in Woking. That, for me, is the key and now we can trust them more and push more."

And Magnussen was received as a hero at MTC saying that driving for Mclaren is his dream even if the team is not winning yet.

Good to see the positive Vibes from the Team getting more and more. They now know their new Aero Concept and Correlation work, that should produce some good Updates for the next Races.
