Same on BBC, showed it smoking while sitting at the pit lane exit, Lewis asked the team if there was an issue.. But they have not confirmed it either way.

Looks like when raikkonen tried to come bac on track, he hit a divot or something in the grass. He probably shouldn't have kept his foot mashed on the throttle though!
