There is a rule in the regulations stating what the driver in front is not allowed to do in such a situation. Hamilton failed to comply. Had he just given that bit more room he would have had the inside into next turn and everything would have been fine.

Wrong. Hamilton had the racing line, Rosberg had nothing to do in that corner.
To claim a spot next to someone you need to be either alongside or ahead.

So the people who are blaming lewis are basically saying drivers are allowed to stick it up the inside no matter and its up to the driver infront to move out the way

That is how Senna did it, and a lot of people say he is the alltime best...
