Thanks, Youtube link somewhere? And the picture clearly shows that he was alongside (check the rules, wing was way past the rear wheels). That's why I posted it, other shots show it as "keeping the tip of front wing to the rear wheel" which isn't the whole truth.
The picture is of the wrong corner, its not valid.

This is a lie.

Yep, just saw that. It's a miracle vettel's tyre stayed intact.
Vettel got hit on the tred of tyre which is obviously much thicker. Hamilton was hit on the sidewall.

Completely agree, its a silly argument when the only time he was significantly alongside was on the straight, not even during the corner preceding the corner where the accident occurred although the contact was really between the 2 corners.

The pass was never going to work, no one who knows anything about F1 thinks otherwise..

Possible. Did he say what was damaged?

Well done to Ricciardo, somehow he's always there to capitalise on Mercedes' misery. I'm seriously impressed with him this season.

What I would give to be a fly on the wall in Mercedes' team brief!

100% Rosbergs fault of course but I don't believe it was intentional. I think he expected to be able to hang around the outside of Hamilton better on the right-hander and then just misjudged slipping in behind when he realised it wasn't going to happen.

Great result for Raikkonen, and for McLaren aswell now up into 5th place 11 points clear of Force India.

That's an interesting point of view, to bad the people who matter (Lauda, Wolff) obviously don't agree with it.

People seem to forget that racing incidences can still be someones fault..

you might also want to remember that not so long ago the FIA stewards were asked to be more lenient in racing incidents, due to fans complaining. You can't have it both ways, it's as simple as that.

Then again, the FIA announced months ago that the stewards would hand less penalties to encourage drivers to take more risks

True, But I was never a fan asking for leniency . So my opinion of Rosberg requiring a penalty remains
