I am doing some comparisons with conventional high rpm model motors.
Something similar to the available boat rim drive thrusters on the market but in miniature should do.
I can find plenty of pancake motors which are not the same.
What do you mean with miniature exactly?

Probably under 2g motor is too much...

I know you must be thinking about a very diferent aplication, but when I search boat rim drive with goggle, those look very similar to electric ducted fans, for boats obviously, but I can´t figure out what are you thinking about...

Need more details :)

I wonder if they´ll reach 200km/h, don´t know the real data, but since the track is only 3,44km long, I don´t think any straight reach 500m long...

First thought - oh it's a bit small, like a kart track scaled up for big cars :(
Second thought - hang on a second, karting is fun :)
Third thought - I hope the aero allows karting manoeuvres and overtaking on a short track, unlike F1 that needs 5km straight with DRS to have a hope of passing :?

Don't forget Richard, this is NOT a comparison with F1.
That would be like comparing apples with oranges.

This may have been already answered, but where would you watch the race tomorrow on TV? Are there any broadcasts? Or only online? I'm from Switzerland - we get the most channels here, but when checking the TV guide, I didn't find anyone who's broadcasting...
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II

I read it some days back, but they only talk about highlight in "MasQueCoches". MQC is probably the worst automotive program I´ve ever seen. Gonzalo Serrano (director of the program) is one of those few people I can´t cope with, he has no idea about cars, he only say stupid things, and you get tons more info reading car specs than watching his program, so it didn´t make me happy...

But i´ve just read they will broadcast FE live at Energy, 10:00 spanish time (gmt +2)

Does anyone know what will be shown from 8 on ITV4 in the UK?

Will it be qualifying and the race?

I have a guess, but unless you tell where you live...
In most cases, the majority is below the average.
