Jules Bianchi has sustained "severe head injury" in today's crash on lap 47 of the Japanese Grand Prix. The Frenchman is currently undergoing surgery at Mie hospital in Japan.

Because this season the RB strategy didn't always favour Ricciardo, no matter the track position.

Obviously. With cars in the wall there was going to be a SC with 7 laps to go and rain getting stronger, everyone and his dog would have stayed away from pitting, for new intermediates on top of it.
