SC didn't come out straight away. I hope he didn't go under it :(
According to Sutil the Marussia was going sideways before hitting the tractor.

Everyone in the driver waiting room look depressed and downbeat...

I was amazed to see the JCB on the outside of the turn that Sutil had just spun before without the immediate SC! In those conditions... OMG, I just hope Bianchi will be ok.

Pictures on twitter shows a card that is completely destroyed. Let's hope that this not THAT serious.

Bianchi's situation is serious and was transported to hospital by ambulance, not by helicopter.

Indeed, amazing. Charlie will send a SC out at the first rain drop, but not when they need to remove a car on the outside of the exit of a turn.

Bianchi bypassed the med centre and went straight to Hospital.

Gary Hartstein (Fromer F1 doc) seems to think that this is a very very bad bit of news.
