How to decide camber for a race car? I mean, how can we get the value of normalised camber from the tyre characteristics?
Please help.

Cornering force increases with camber angle, so I'd start off with say 90deg of camber on the rear.

On the front you could use a little less, say 88deg, because you have some camber recovery from your steering geometry.

Sorry, got my sign convention wrong. I meant -90deg. Doc Brown was using +90deg and look at all the problems that caused him.

Tire temperature profile does a pretty good job of accounting for the variables once pressure is optimized. I’d be interested in learning of the drawbacks. For instance, some tires with heavy belts and a flexible sidewall tend to show good tire temps while seemingly having some performance yet available from camber optimization.

Hoe can we get the normalised camber value after taking into account, some parameters like tire slip angle , lateral load and other concerned parameters?

Nothing is absolute, these are not binary yes/no decisions, so you'll need to undertake a probalistic approach. Most F1 engineers use a process based on multiple randomised rotations of a hexahedron device.
