This weekend is mediums and softs, all the times were set on mediums, no one used softs.
Thank you. I understand that being not stated while in the session (premium feature). But it needs to be mentioned in the F1 site at the end of the session at least.

Disappointing first practice for the season opener:

Manor and Sauber didn't make it out of the garage.
McLaren Honda yet to turn a representative lap time and stuck in the pits.
Ricciardo in the RedBull complaining about drive-ability of the Renault engine.
Mercedes a second clear and apparently on cruise mode, watching everyone else shoot themselves in the feet.

At least Williams, Ferrari and (somewhat surprisingly) Torro Rosso looked good. Not particularly fast mind you, but all-around solid.

Its very early yet, but I'm forecasting Mercedes will be more dominant this season than last.

Raikkonen was very close to the Mercedes pace on the soft tyres. Absolutly no drop off.

Does anyone know if the race and qf will be broadcasted life on BBC tomorrow? my electronic guide says "no info" for all bbc channels... Dont want to watch this on RTL or SRF (swiss broadcast), as no sky here. :(
Not for nothing, Rosberg's Championship is the only thing that lends credibility to Hamilton's recent success. Otherwise, he'd just be the guy who's had the best car. — bhall II
