Yah your optimums will change a little and CFD does all kinds of weird things like different optimum angles at ride heights x mesh densities for underbody. Honestly, I hope you dont take it the wrong way, but I wouldn't try to do this kind of a study in CFD because I don't trust the results. I would save that for the tunnel and leave CFD to relative studies after getting good correlation work done wherever possible.
