F1 Front Wing Design

Hi, this is my first post on this forum. Although i have been reading alot of posts for sometime

My question is this...

What are the rules concerning the F1 Front Wing Design that allows the teams to have these wavey wings that i assume sink closer to the ground than what is intentionally permitted in the regulations?

Also how come the FIA hasnt closed this loop hole in the regualtions after such a long period of time?

The wavy wings aren’t lower than permitted.

3.7 Front bodywork height :
All bodywork situated forward of a point lying 330mm behind the front wheel centre line, and more than 250mm from the centre line of the car, must be no less than 100mm and no more than 300mm above the reference plane.

In the central part the minimum height is the reference plane (and no one goes that low) in the outer part the lower point is the lower edge of the endplate and the wavy wings are higher than that.

Also the waves work with the barge boards, the middle 'higher' part of the wing produces little and very little turb air, this for the air flow underneth the car and diffuser
