Could this be the Marussia car that Haas bought at auction re-liveried? It appears to have Corriander Exhausts. Please take Thyme to respond. :D

as someone posted in Haas team thread, this is Marussia MR02 car as it was when 2013 season finished painted in black with Haas logo on it

That's a photo of the First turbo F1 engine from Renault, in the back of the 1976 Renault Alpine A500
