Hamilton is consistently lapping faster then the Ferarris.

He´s doing high 26´s vs both Ferraris doing high 27´s.
Rosberg mid 28´s

I think mercedes will welcome the new starts procedures, they are awful in dirty air.

Those are flat out laps, cant sustain them for long. As I said, he's got a touch more.

How is Hamilton using less fuel than Rosberg when he's been racing hard and been faster when not racing too? Is the loss of pace in traffic the likely cause? Odd.
If you are more fortunate than others, build a larger table not a taller fence.

Because he can't be told "#44' times on the softs and thinks he can fend him off on the harder tyre.

Its much more then a touch looking at the laptimes.

Mercedes is quicker without a doubt (at least Lewis is), but Ferraris are probably pacing themselves right now, since they want to stretch this stint, so that they spend as less time possible on the harder tire.

As I said earlier - he's racing Hamilton and not worrying about the Ferraris so he wants the same as Hamilton in case the option dies on him before the end of the race. Not sure he's thinking it through properly.

After he passed ricciardo he gained something like ~1-2s. Not that much, huh?

I just look at the laptimes continuously. It´s more then a "touch" of laptime in difference.

So how come he's not getting any closer? And actually losing time now?

He might have cooked his tires.
