In what way did William's follow Ferrari's footsteps according to your "bridged front wing" thread opening post? Or better yet, what is your point :?: Your thread title leads to one thing, and then the opening post leads to another.

PS. Please correct all the grammar and spelling mistakes on the thread title and your first post. Please consider taking more time and effort into creating a new thread, don't rush and do things half-*ssed. It should apply to all new threads created, not just simple minded members with nothing better to do.

You will be surprised but there is a lot of copying that goes on during the season and the ones that work are introduced by the teams, Williams being a good example here. You will hear comments like 'They have a small flick-up over their sidepods, why dont we have one?' Weired dont you think ;) From an aero point of view, something that works on a Ferrari does not necassarily work on a Mclaren etc... Hope this helps :)

I'm gobsmacked how rude some people on this forum are, absolutely unbelieveable.

I think you know what he mean't, the guy/girl just made a mistake between Ferrari and Williams.

At Monza, Mclaren dropped the front wing and were fastest, and Ferarri don't have one, and they were second fastest.

Doesn't mean a bridged wing won't help Williams particular aerodynamics pacakge, but it seems to be an elegant lookng version of a bridge wing.
