of the strangest F1 banners I've ever seen. Ever. And confusing, too. Do the gentlemen holding it up mean to say they'd approve or disapprove of whatever it is that the two figures named Alonso and Kimi are doing?
If they approve or sympathize with only one, then which one is it? Do they suggest this (whatever) happens as a fact, protest the idea of it happening or wish that it happened? What's the "it" that the figures are doing? Greco-roman wrestling, chiropractic medicine, heimlich maneuver, chinese circus, contortionism, playing twister, an act of consolation, arresting someone, cheerleaders "giving an A", something else?
Maybe it's just conceptual art. Or the first "pride" march ever in a F1 race ... minus pink tank tops, feathers and a general mishmash of flying rainbow flags. If it was, a good thing that it was documented by an observing photographer ... we don't want F1 to be a discriminatory environment, after all. Let all the flowers bloom, that's what I always say. I'm left wondering whether the guy who lent his bed sheet for this purpose intends to sleep in it afterwards? Nah, he'll propably hang the thing on his living room wall, it's memorabilia now and he paid good money to display it, after all.
Or if they really strike it lucky, an eccentric art collector will offer to pay a $1M for the thing and commission a them to portray their artwork at GPs all around the World. Furthermore they'll be featured in a host of art magazines an coffee table books, so with luck you'll be able to leaf through one while waiting for your dentist's appointment.
