I guess that Suzuka will be more problematic for Renault powered cars, Ferrari will perform ok, but I expect Mercedes comeback.

I think Ferrari form can continue to Japan because they have a good engine which is why Redbull would fall back to Williams level I guess. But more important I think Merc can be back to the front in Japan. This discussion should be done in Japan GP thread.

I think Raikkonen was mediocre this weekend both in quali and race. He was 8 tenths of Vettel in quali and in the race he could not keep up with Vettel and Ricciardo. He lost about 40 seconds to Vettel if you add in the SC resets. That is way too much...

In a way, this weekend could be far more damaging to Rosberg's title bid than Monza. Vettel is now close, if Ferrari can maintain being a credible threat to Mercedes, then sooner or later the team will have to lean towards Lewis in response, even if it's just in terms of them alternating who gets to stop first and what not.

One would think the Merc advantage will return is Suzuka, but I guess we'll see!

Imho, monza showed that Mercedes is way in front pace wise. Singapore is an anomaly and very different from all the next races. That pace advantage Lewis showed at Monza was too big. Suzuka wont be as big i think, but more the usual gap.
