Vettel bins it. Well, might as well do it all at once, minimise the damage.

How? The drivers can feel the grip on the tyres. Hamilton is a racer out and out. He wants to beat Nico. If Hamilton can make his tyres last but Nico can't when he is out in clear air then that isn't Hamilton's problem.

It's often said, but Perez's tyre whispering is quite incredible.

It doesn't matter. As a matter of principle as the years have gone by the FIA has specifically been making rule changes to get rid of the influence of teams on their drivers while on track. If Hamilton thinks he can make it without a pit then let Nico make the decision if he thinks he can make the end of the race on his current tyres.

Let the racers race.

*Edit* good job Nico, you handled the pressure from Hamilton quite well.

I'd be pretty miffed if I set my car up for a one-stop and then the plan is suddenly changed mid-race.

This was the dullest race of the year by quite a margin, the highlight being Kimi's brainfart ..........

Maybe the post race interviews will be more interesting

Anyways ... good for Nico's ego

And if Hamilton didn`t pit and his tyre blow out 5-6 laps before the end you will be here raging how Mercedes ruined Hamilton`s race and favoured Nico.

Probably brought Hamilton in so that Rosberg could win and feel happy again...
