Making the option less durable

So it is only usefull for qualy, but makes it less usefull for racing, so that an option-prime-prime race would be more default, instead of op-op-pr now.

So drivers are less being busy wih saving the life of the option, since op-pri-pri will give them enough durability for some hot racing and overtaking and less save these tyress.
