Hasn't 2015 been testing all along. They have lunched 22 power units already.

So bassicaly if a team bring(to AD race) an experimental front and rear wings(for example) and bolts those for 1 lap during free practices,that gives them right to use those during the post race test?

As i understand yes, but it won't be much use since they can not run Aero Rakes or Sensors. Plus Setup and Tire Pressure Changes are dictated by Pirelli.

Better than nothing but far from real testing.
